How long do I have to file a claim in California?
Most personal injury claims must be filed within two years. Claims against a city, county or state agency generally require a government claim within six months. Call early so you don’t lose the right to recover.
What is my case worth?
It depends on your injuries, medical bills, lost income and how the injury affects you long term. We look at every category of damages before responding to an insurance offer.
Do I have to go to court?
Most cases settle without trial. We prepare each case as if it will go to court, which is what gets insurers to make reasonable offers.
Should I talk to the other driver’s insurance company?
